OPEN SHOW RULES:
Registration Fee: $5 per person (enter as many class as you would like)
Entry Fees:  $5 for PCSC Members per class $6 per class for non-members. No pre-registration is required. No refunds are given unless there is a medical condition, which prevents rider or mount from entering class. The President or Vice President of the PCSC must approve medical refunds and decision of the President or Vice President is final.  Sleeves must be worn!
CAKE WALKS: you do not have to have a horse. Spectators and children of all ages are welcome to enter. Numbers will be posted around the arena. Ride or walk on the rail while music is playing. When the music stops, stop at one of the numbers. If your number is drawn, you win the cake!
Exhibition classes are $3.00.  Payback classes are $10.00
